Mediumweight Iron On Craft Interfacing
Size: 75 cm wide
Fusible interfacing has an adhesive on one side and is ironed onto the wrong side of fabric to give extra strength or to stop stretch. It has been used in garment making for many years, but is now also used in craft projects and can be used as a stabiliser for machine embroidery. For sewing garments the weight of the interfacing should be equal to, or a bit lighter than, the fabric. However, for craft projects the interfacing may need to be heavier than the fabric because it is being used for rigidity and support.
