Cancelling an order

The Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel an order. This starts the moment you place it and ends 14 days from the day your goods were delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.

To cancel an order before dispatch please contact us before 12pm (midday) following your order, after this time your order may have already been dispatched.

To cancel your order and return goods after delivery please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage on cancelled orders.

We will accept returned goods providing they are returned in original condition, within 14 days of you notifying us of your cancellation.
By original condition we mean: 

We can not refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless faulty.

If you want to download digital content within the 14 day cancellation period you must agree to waive your cancellation rights.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

The Consumer Rights Act gives you a clear early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund within 30 days of possessing the goods.

We our proud of the quality of our products, but should they be faulty or damaged when you receive them we will replace them or refund the purchase cost of the item. 

Please contact us to return faulty or damaged goods, so we can arrange to pay your return postage. 


All refunds will be made to your original purchase account/card within 14 days of return of goods. Our policy is to make the refund on the day of return whenever possible.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
